Our idea here at Bright Cleaning is to offer an independent system to clean solar panels without human intervention.
For a lot of people, solar panels are something which gets installed once and can be forgotten about later, but the panels need to be regularly cleaned to uphold the efficiency. The relative efficiency loss because of dirty solar panels can be dependent on the type of cell and dirt, between 10% - 50%.
Now, the only firms which do solar panel cleaning do it on site, either by hand or using a remote-controlled robot. This can lead to higher cleaning prices for the client because the solar panels need to be cleaned regularly and the travel costs can add up to a high amount.

Our Service
Our solution to this problem is an autonomous system which gets mounted on the solar panels. This module has a central processing unit which collects data over multiple local sensors and online weather stations. Using this data and the production rate of electricity from the solar panels, the module detects an efficiency drop due to pollution and not get a false positive due to a cloud passing over or bad weather.
The cleaning is done by a combination of rotary brushes and nozzles. The main water source for cleaning is filtered rainwater which is normally enough to entirely clean the panels, but in case of remaining residue after multiple washings there is a possibility to add a cleaning solution.
